Homeopathy, PETA and Sea Kittens,

Mass drug overdose – none dead - Homeopathy.
SO.. Stumbled onto this and had myself a giggle. The comments almost make the thing worth it itself. I didn't know )shame on me) exactly what Homeopathy was and frequently got it confused with Naturopathy, Herbal Supplements, etc. Turns out, it's very different, and a bunch of doodoo.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeopathy = Stupid naivety,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naturopathy = kinda cool, kinda hokey,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbalism = cool and should be studied more.

WEEE

SO according to the Fayetteville Observer, PETA protested outside an elementary school this past year, dressed as fish, and called themselves "sea kittens". Protesting what? They were there to denounce eating fish sticks. This is in the paper because Ringling Bros. is in town, so they're going to protest in front of the saaaame elementary school... over the mistreatment of elephants at a circus. The principal has no idea why they picked their school. In fact, PETA has no idea why, as one activist stated she didn't know they'd even gone there before. Are you kissing me? A. The circus is NOT being held at the school. B. No one has any idea if any of those kids are even GOING. These people are ridiculous! The PETA people plan to have out stickers and activity books, and one will dress up as an elephant with a bloody bandage wrapped around its head. Yea, that's the image I want MY kids taking to their dreams that night.
OH, more on the 'Sea Kittens'. PETA says they want people (kids?) to see fish as such, because they say (notice how that statement has no scientific evidence behind it...) Ahem, 'they say' a fish's intelligence is on par with that of a cat. Really? Then why does my goldfish keep slamming into the side of a bowl... and Why does the beta keep jumping OUT of the bowl to its death (as a dinner for the very patient, very intelligent, cat)?

Pfffft. Please... get a life. Pretty please?

Ps.. I just learned what vajazzle is. Omg... why.
