Day Out with Thomas at B&O Railroad Museum

May 14, 2021. Thomas the Tank Engine came to the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore, MD. At just 2.5 hrs away, I booked tickets. We decided to make it a weekend in Baltimore. We booked rooms, stayed the night before, and the very first thing you get to see is Thomas!
A "real, with a face" Thomas. Not to be confused with a "real Thomas" aka LB&SCR E2 class Engine. (Spoilers at the very end.)

The Engine at this Day Out with Thomas may be more of a caboose than an engine. The face moves and he toots, which is cool, but when he took us out on our ride, the train was actually pulled by a B&O diesel. At happened to catch it pulling out with another excursion. 

There is a Thomas, in Japan, that appears to be a full size working engine (if not Thomas's actual model).

So... Woops! I did not notice that my posts were getting stuck in "draft"! Here's what been published late: 20120805-11 Curiosity and News . News: KY Evolution, Medieval Germanic War . In Life: Img Src School has started again and I've got four classes, Organic Chemistry I, Genetics, Introduction for Teaching, and Introduction to Technology for Educators. For those of you of my generation let me emphasize that the latter is "intro to, technology for educators" and not "intro to technology, for educators". If you don't know the difference: instead of teaching me "Intro to Tech" (typing, how to use word, excel, etc, all that jazz) I'll be learning the programs that educators tend to use nowadays to organize students' grades, build digital classrooms, work through how the law pertaining to teaching interacts with the law pertaining to technology, etc. I'll be keeping two blogs for the class and uploading my final projec
