PS: My 5k is this Saturday! SO EXCITED!
We signed Hubby up too. Though we're both signed up for the "Competitive Co-Ed 5k" they only list corrals by gender 45 minutes apart. I hope they're not going to be silly about it. If I have to I'll have one of us ditch the timing chip to run in the other corral. If someone wants to get butthurt over it, they're taking a 5k tooooo seriously.

- Why only ONE dumbbell when I'm squatting two of them? I'm sorry but this doesn't make sense. Is the system programmed to know the difference? It knows on Squats, the lb is doubled, but not on curls? Why do that? I doubt it does. Let's test. I did one bodyweight set, and three with two 5lb dumbbel
